Via Care employees are able to access (24 hours a day/7 days a week) their Employee Self Services for benefits, pay information and many other features.

This allows you to:

-  View your pay stub                                              -  View Employee Learning Module

-  Update direct deposit information                   -  Change federal tax withholding

-  View PTO/Vacation balances                              -  Update your address information

 

Success Factors

 

Employees can access the success factors online tool from their home, which allows them to access:

 

-  Evaluations                                                             -  Job Descriptions

-  Goal Management                                                -  Self-Evaluation

Via Care Community Health Center accepts all patients regardless of insurance or financial status. Via Care offers a sliding fee discount schedule to all patients for all of our services. We also accept the following forms of insurance: Medi-Cal, Medicare, Covered CA, Child Health & Disability Prevention (CHDP), Family PACT, and Private Insurance. Via Care Community Health Center provides services without the imposition of any durational residency requirement or requirement that the patient be referred by a physician.

Via Care is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n) for purposes of medical malpractice claims and, as such, qualified for protection under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
